Referral Offer Terms and Conditions

This referral offer is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    The referral program is open to existing clients and contacts of our business. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged our services.
  2. Minimum Loan Amount:
    To qualify for the referral reward, the referred client’s new loan must be for an amount of at least $300,000.
  3. Referral Reward:
    You will receive $1,000 for each successful referral. A referral is considered successful when the referred individual’s loan application is approved and the loan is settled through us.
  4. Bonus Reward:
    For every three (3) successful referrals, you will receive an additional $1,000 bonus.
  5. Payment Method and Timing:
    Referral rewards and bonuses will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 30 days of each referred loan settling.
  6. Limitations:
    • There is no maximum number of referrals you can make.
    • Only one referrer will be eligible for the reward per referred client (the first person to refer will be considered the referrer).
    • Referrals must be disclosed at the time of the referred client’s initial enquiry or application.
  7. Exclusions:
    • Self-referrals are not eligible.
    • Referrals of existing or previous clients are not eligible.

Example:
If you refer three new clients who each settle loans of $300,000 or more, you will receive $3,000 ($1,000 per referral) plus an additional $1,000 bonus, for a total of $4,000.
